Tubby and Co is not responsible for delays, or delivery interruptions caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. During peak periods, including holiday and Christmas seasons, international orders may experience extended transit times.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Tubby and Co cannot be held liable for parcels lost or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
For international orders outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and remain the responsibility of the customer.
