Meet Nadiah
Founder of Tubby and Co
Tubby and Co was founded by Malaysian-born creative Nadiah Ismail, whose connection to the ocean began long before the brand took shape.
Growing up, Nadiah was deeply influenced by her maternal grandfather, who worked as a fisherman along the South China Sea. Her life by the water inspired her enduring appreciation for the ocean, natural textures and the quiet beauty of coastal landscapes.
After migrating to Australia, Nadiah spent almost seven years working alongside an Australian jewellery brand. The knowledge and experience she gained within the industry encouraged her to create something of her own.
Tubby and Co grew from that vision: an Australian jewellery brand rooted in Nadiah’s personal connection to the sea and shaped by the beauty of the Australian coast.
Today, those influences can be found throughout each collection, from luminous pearls and sculptural shells to organic forms that echo sand, ripples and weathered coastal treasures.
