Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty clasps, settings, or closures

• Plating issues under normal wear conditions

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Tarnishing caused by improper care or exposure to chemicals

• Accidental damage, scratches, bending, or broken chains caused by misuse

• Lost items

• Water damage from pools, perfumes, lotions, or harsh cleaning products

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Jewellery Care

To extend the life of your jewellery, we recommend storing pieces in a dry place and prolong contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–8 business days

• Tracking is provided for all orders

International

• International shipping times vary by destination and may take approximately 7–35 business days

• Duties and taxes for US orders are included at checkout (DPP)

• Delivery delays may occur during peak periods, customs processing, or for non-metro areas

Packaging

• Every order arrives carefully packed in a Tubby & Co green jewellery box, ready for gifting or everyday storage

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty

• Sale items, gift cards, and personalised items are not eligible for return

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges

• If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved
